I have always loved dogs and ponies. It hasn't been until the last few years, though, that I have been able to own animals myself.
In 2011, I became the breeder of a welsh section B filly. In the future I intend to continue breeding as a hobby, under the prefix of "Graylan".
How I became a "welsh person" must be a similar story to many other people's. I simply have met such wonderful welsh ponies that it would have been basically impossible not to fall in love with the breed. I have also been very lucky as soon after I became enthusiastic of the breed, a couple of my friends started breeding Welsh ponies and cobs. I am very thankful for the experience I have been able to get at my friends' studs, Silent's and Cloudberry, throughout the years. And I continue to be thankful for the support and help I still receive from these friends.
My ideal section B pony is near the maximum height, with plenty of substance, bone, and movement, with a beautiful Welsh type. This kind of Welsh ponies are pleasant for even a short adult, like myself, to ride.
